Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom house with private pool in the charming secluded village of Deia. Traditional Mallorquin style with high ceilings and wooden beams. Renowned restaurants, bars and cafes where writers, artists, locals and the discerning traveler mingle giving an ambience that makes Deia special. As from 2011 the pool has been upgraded to a salt water system.

The house has panoramic views across the mountains, village, church and the Mediterranean Sea. It has the uniqueness of being one of the few houses in the village to have a private swimming pool. The property has been finished to a very high standard in traditional Mallorquin style with high ceilings, wooden beams, white walls and traditional fireplace with terracotta floors throughout. The house has been furnished to a very high standard with traditional oak dining table, high quality fabric sofas mixing traditional furniture with stylish accessories and modern art painted by a renowned local artist.

Note:

The house has air conditioning to the upstairs bedrooms. Cots and highchairs available at no extra cost on request. There is parking adjacent to the house although, as the village, shops and restaurants are 2 mins away, the house is ideal for guests who do not wish to use a car during their stay. We have a no smoking no pets policy.

Booking Notes:

All prices are in euros with the minimum rental of one week. A non refundable 25% deposit is required for reservation with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
