A lot of thought and effort has gone into making Villa Juani an ideal retreat for those wishing to get away from it all. Situated in Cap Roig on the outer edge of the fishing village of Ampolla it is a few minutes drive from the village centre. This beautiful villa is light, airy and spacious and is set in a quiet area of imposing detached properties only 500 metres from the sweeping beach of Cap Roig. Here the sand shelves gently away to provide safe bathing for all the family and the views across the rocky headlands and coves are breathtaking. During the summer months there is a terrace bar overlooking the beach and a lively little beach bar serving deliciously cold drinks and light snacks. The villa is detached and totally private. The garden, terraces and pool are for the exclusive use of our guests, an ideal spot for all day sunbathing and cooling off in the pool. Relax in the warm Mediterranean evenings around the large covered barbecue or in the gardens around the pool!

Ampolla, situated on Catalunia´s Costa Dorada is about 2 hours south of Barcelona on the edge of the wonderful Natural Park of the River Ebro, Spain´s largest river. It is a small fishing village whose traditional life still revolves around the sea and the cultivation of olives, almonds and oranges in the groves surrounding the village. The atmosphere is intimate, friendly and ideal for family holidays or for those just wishing to get away from it all. The bars and restaurants are mainly clustered along the sea promenade and boast beautiful views across the marina as well as serving delicious meals at cheap to moderate prices! The village is served by several small family run supermarkets and is within easy driving distance of the large chain supermarkets should you prefer.

  • Please contact us for rental rates out of season, we would be happy to discuss reductions for long term lets.

    The rental rates include a weekly maid service, towels (but not beach towels) and bed-linen which are all changed weekly. There is a full cleaning service between lets.

    Please note that water and electricity are not included in the rental rates. The meters will be read upon your arrival and at the time of departure and you will be charged accordingly. The amount payable is simply the amount charged by the utility companies.

    These amounts will be taken from a security deposit of £300, which you are requested to pay when you arrive. This security deposit is to cover any major breakages or damages and will be refunded to you when you leave.

    Cancellation refunds -
    Up to 8 Weeks – no cancellation charges.
    4-8 weeks- 50% of rental rate refunded.
    2-4 weeks – 25% of rental rate refunded.
    Less than 2 weeks – no refund.
  • Long term out of season lets can be arranged at a discounted price.

Notes: The villa is mainly single story, however there is a slight change in level to the rear of the house. Steps lead up to the principal entrance which opens into the lounge. The lounge can also be entered from a side terrace with patio doors. To one side of the dining area is the American style kitchen which is fully fitted. The lounge opens into the hall, leading off to three bedrooms and the main bathroom, three steps lead down to two more bedrooms and shower room. The main bathroom is fully fitted with double sink vanity unit, toilet, bidet and large semi-circular bath with jacuzzi and shower. The shower room is fitted with toilet, bidet and walk–in shower. The property is entered by a single pedestrian gate and a double remote controlled gate for vehicular access. The driveway is long, wide and spacious and has parking for several cars. The private swimming pool is set in gardens to the front of the house and to the rear there is a large covered barbecue with summer kitchen.

Third Year of Rental.: A lot of thought and care has gone into making it as welcoming and as comfortable as possible, and we take every care to look after our guests. We even have an optional solar powered domestic hot water heating system installed! However, if you prefer there is a conventional electric water heating system as well.

Changes To Villa: Please note, for safety and regulatory purposes a low fence has been put around the pool. We will update the advert pictures as soon as possible.
