My parents, my wife and I and our one and three year old stayed here in April 2007. The home is beautiful, spacious, very well furnished and equipped with new appliances. The description and pictures are extremely accurate but can't describe how wonderful this home actually is. Comfortable and cozy, safe and secure, minutes to a quiet semi-private beach or dining, shopping, activities or just plain strolling along Playa's 5th Avenue. This home was a large part of what was a great vacation for all of us. We would rent it again.

My visit to Playa del rey was wonderful, The home was well equipped and spacious. The pictures are very accurate and the description is true to word. I love the area and would recommend this home to anyone wishing to visit the area. The convience to 5th ave was a plus. We stayed in this home April 12- 19 and the weather was remarkable.

This place is wonderful. It’s everything we were looking for…and more! The house is very clean, spacious and very well maintained. The pictures on here are true and accurate, but it’s much better in person! This property is located in the perfect spot – minutes from the beach, the ferry to Cozumel and 5th Ave. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Place, Great Location

My family stayed at this location in Mid-February. This house is in a great location - easy walking distance from Playa Del Carmen. The house is beautiful - wish I lived in it every day. Big bedrooms, great kitchen, and great furniture. The owners are very easy to work with. The only negative is that we could not use the Reef Club - when we went there, the club employees said we needed the plastic ID card and the original letter authorizing use. We only had a photocopied letter. But, it wasn't too big of a deal because of the beautiful Playa Del Carmen beaches. We would love to stay at this place again if we are ever back at Playa Del Carmen.
