The view from balcony looks directly into the 'Gulf Of Mexico' - If you were any closer - you would be in the ocean! Relax and enjoy a piece of southern paradise on one of the world's most beautiful beaches Whether you are visiting Navarre Beach as a couple or have children to bring along, you will find lots of activities. A wide array of water sports is available. Three ocean front heated pools and three hot tubs are available for all to use or enjoy the beach along with beach service available on-site. Resort offers a well equipped exercise room over looking the Gulf of Mexico. Rental Terms: We require a deposit of $100, which is added to your grand total. This amount is not included with your total due and is refunded via U.S. mail after check-out. 50% of grand total is required to book condo. Absolutely No Smoking in Unit and No Pet

  • SnowBirds Winter Rate: Nov. 1st - Feb 28th , Monthly Rate is: $1100.00
  • We require 50% of your grand total for reservation. The grand total will include a deposit of $100.00. The remaining 50% of your rental will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your rental is within 30 days, the complete grand total must be paid within 5 days. Reservations are not guaranteed until 50% payment is received.

    Condo is equipped with pad-lock, unit will be available 3:00 PM (CST) on the day of check-in. Check-out time is 10:00 AM for all guests.

    We accept all major credit cards via paypal, checks or money orders are also welcomed.

Wondeful time at Resort. Condo is beautiful with such nice colors - we definiately felt "at the beach". We will be booking early for next year.
