  • Rates: do not apply to Holidays. Please inquire about our holiday rates and Special Events.
  • Payment:
    Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount are specifically agreed
    in advance with the owner's rates in US funds. We require total amount due upfront to secure the rental along
    with a refundable security deposit. Deposit is returned 10 days after departure, unless damage has occurred
    or excessive cleaning is required.
    The remaining 50% balance is due six week prior to your arrival date. A via cleaning fee $ 85 will be charged
    to your credit card upon check-in.
    If cancellation occurs with less than a 30 days advance notice, the guest will receive 50% of the total amount
    No refunds 15 days or less prior to rental. Cashier Checks or money orders are acceptable. The Hotel will
    provide room service and maid service for an extra charge.( At your own expense.) As well for the use of the telephone to make local
    or long distance calls. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 21, must show valid ID upon check-in
    at front desk
  • ***Rental Period for Weekly Stays is 6 night's***
    Check-in & Check-out:
    Check-in time is 3.00pm and check-out time is 11.00am. You will need to check-in and check-out at front desk
    and identify yourself as the guest of the room ______________
    We ask that you observe this strictly as this gives us only 4 hours to get the apartment ready for our next guest.
    There will be a $ 100.00 penalty fee minimum deducted from your refundable security deposit for a late stay fee that has
    not been previously approved by the condo/suite owner.

2 weeks at the alexander

We have spent two weeks in this rental and were really happy with this rental. The interaction with the owners are really simple, no headache at all.

The flat is really nice, with view on the beach and on miami which is lovely for sunset.

The two pools are quite small but sufficient, the building nice and the valet parking really nice.

The only thing is that the kitchen is not fully functionnal, we had to by some ustensiles for real cooking, not sandwiches.

The building is in a nice place, just front from a bus stop, but you will need a car.

Great Choose and Deal

It was a great place to stay the only reason it didn't get a 5 Excellent was:
No soap detergent for washing dishes
Not enough towels
Only one roll of toilet paper in each bath
But would rent it again next year and just bring these things.
