Protected by a mangrove preserve on three sides, this luxurious fifth floor condominium offers two screened balconies with spectacular views of Estero Bay. The unit is professionally decorated throughout and contains everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Within the facility you’ll also have access to a heated pool, hot tub, gas barbecue grills and gated reserved parking.

THE WORLD'S SAFEST BEACHES: Fort Myers Beach visitors enjoy the great beaches, fishing, shopping, dinning, golf, tennis and entertainment on the sandy shores.The Beach gained a reputation as the World's Safest Beach because of no undertow and its shallow water. People can walk the entire 7-mile length of the island along its sandy shores.

ENTERTAINMENT & EVENTS: The Beach hosts an annual Sand sculpting Contest in November and the Shrimp Festival in March draws thousands to the Blessing of the Shrimp Fleet. A 5-K run precedes the event.
