The Pines at Orehouse, Steamboat Spring's newest luxury condominium, provide our guests with all the comforts of home in a historic mountain setting. The free ski shuttle will pick you up near the complex and drop you off at the slopes of the Steamboat Ski Resort. This brand new 3 bed/3bath condominium (1330 sq ft - 3rd bed is Loft Area) was completed in 2005 and includes a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, large stone fireplace, washer and dryer, 3 TVs, two decks with great mountain views! Located in the Yampa Valley off of State Hwy 40 in Steamboat Colorado, this rental home is within one mile of the Steamboat Ski Resort! Skiing, snow shoeing, Snowmobiling and shopping are right outside your door! Two premiere golf courses, fly fishing on the Yampa, and horseback riding are a stones throw away!
