3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, sleeps 10 comfortably

Summer rentals reserved for prior renters until March 1. Five minute walk to beautiful, sandy Hampton's North Beach, a quiet, safe residential area. Two miles to Hampton Beach Boardwalk with entertianment and shopping. The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation except the suntan lotion. Within 20 minutes of tax free New Hampshire shopping centers in Portsmouth and Kittery outlet stores. House is well set up for comfortable living with adequate seating, dishes and cooking utensils. Gas fireplace and central heat. No air conditioning. Set back from traffic on a private road with parking for 3 cars.

Home is a block from North Beach in Hampton, a mostly sandy beach, with rock areas for beachcombing, a large tide change and cold refreshing ocean water. We are a unique property close to the beach yet set back from the street. The home is close to New Hampshire tax free shopping and Kittery outlet stores. We are also within a half hour of quaint Newburyport Mass and Portsmouth NH. and 45 minutes North of Boston.

This house was a pleasure to stay at !! I bought way too much, because Amy has everything you could possibly need to have a great time ....Bikes, boogie boards,skim boards, towels, linens, utensils, gas grill,washer, microwave,outside shower, I could go on and on !! The pictures definetly do not do justice to this wonderfully maintained and beautiful house !! Thank you so much Amy, I definetly want to come back next year and would reccomend your property to anyone going that way.

Secluded, 2 min to beach, everything you need

I just enjoyed a sun filled week at this property, which is very accurately listed. The pictures do not do the interior of the home justice, it is quaint with all the amenities you would need. Yard is large, grassy, and very private for a place at the beach. 2 minute walk to North beach.

This property is a wonderful place to relax with family or friends.The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. You would never know it is in a relatively dense housing area because it is set back in its own little oasis that backs up to a beautiful marshland scene - nice for sunset watching! It is well-equipped and organized. It is a short walk to a nice beach. The owner was very helpful and communicated well.
