Breath taking views of both Lake Erie and the Portage River. Very quiet complex only 100 units. First floor unit with 30 foot boat slip right out the back door. 1 bedroom with two full baths. Parking directly in front of unit. Master bed can be set as king-size or two super singles. Only 20 minutes to Cedar Point and Kalahari Water Park for day trip amusements.

Fishing & Boating: The condo is set up perfectly for the fisherman or boaters. Just 20 steps out the back door is your dock, My dock is the one on the right as you look out the back door. It is marked on end of dock 509 C1. A State FREE public boat ramp is located 2 minutes up the river. Launch your boat and you are at the dock in no time. Brands marina will securely allow you to store your trailer for a few dollars a day. You are about 5 min (no wake) to open water from the Dock down the river. There are two marinas, complete with fuel, ice, bate/tackle and fish cleaning services. The river gives you direct access to the islands with some of the best fishing in Western Lake Erie. There are also several charters available if you do not have your own boat. All within walking distance.

Amusement parks: Cedar point is just 20 minutes away along with the new indoor water park Kalahari.

Lake Erie islands: The Jet Express makes several roundtrip runs to PUT-N-Bay everyday and is just walking distance from the Condo.

We stayed for a week in July and everything was great. Close to everything,dining,recreation,entertainment. Just as pictured and described by owner, no surprises. The view out the back is awesome. I liked it so much I want to stay again.

Great place, just as described. Easy access if you have a boat. Walking distance to Jet Express (PUT-n-BAY) Very private pool no one was there but us. Thanks Rick
