Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Completed in August of 2007, this condominium offers a great location and all the amenities to make your stay relaxing, easy, and extremely comfortable!

Hardwood floors, tile in the kitchen and baths, granite counter tops, a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, plus an 8 foot granite bar allows you to enjoy your stay in luxury! The living room and master bedroom open up through french doors onto the balcony so you can enjoy your family and/or morning coffee outdoors. The common area at the water's edge has an area to park your boat/jet ski, a sun bathing area and a fire pit!

All appliances are stainless, including a side-by-side fridge and a ceramic cooktop. The kitchen has a granite island with bar stools. There is a full-size washer and dryer. The living room has a gas fireplace, and there are flat screen TVs with cable/DVD in the living room and master bedroom.

There are several great restaurants nearby, including some accessible by boat! Family fun activities like boating, jet ski rental, miniature golf, go-carts, etc... are within minutes of the condo. Magic Springs Amusement Park and River Falls Water Park are only 10-15 minutes away by car. Wal-Mart, liquor store, and other supplies are within 5 minutes of the property.

During the winter and throughout the year, the local art community and historic district offer entertaining and relaxing events that range from cultural experiences to biker rallies to jazz and blues festivals. National and local shopping boutiques are plentiful. Perfect for both family fun and 'get-away' weekends.

Magic Springs Amusement and Water Park are 10-15 minutes from the condo.

This was a great deal for a beautiful condo on a beautiful property. The condo looks exactly like the pictures on the website. An issue with the cable/wifi and the dishwasher were handled super quick by the property manager. The property was very clean with plenty of amenities (cookware, towels, etc.). There is a Kroger just a couple miles down the road for easy grocery shopping and I highly recommend the Fisherman's Wharf Restaurant just around the corner. I had a very relaxing stay and I will definitely be boooking this condo on my next stay in Hot Springs!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway

My wife and I stayed at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo for 2 nights in December of 2012 to do Christmas shopping for our children! The condo was GREAT! It was extremely clean, had great furnishings, good lake views, covered parking, large living/kitchen/dining with 9 foot ceilings, a wonderful master bath with jet-tub and walk-in shower, flat screen TV's and great cable packages! We are very particular...this condo exceeded our expectations!

A Great! Getaway for family or a girls weekend!

I rented the condo for the weekend for me and my girlfriends to getaway and relax and shop. We had a great time and the condo was just has shown in these pictures. We had everything we need and was able to relax and enjoy being close to the lake. I would highly recomend staying at this condo for a week or weekend. I will definetly rent this property again to take my family with our grandkids.
