This professionally decorated Stoneybrook Courtyard Villa has a large corner lot on a Nancy Lopez Legacy Golf Course in The Villages' gated community of Forsyth Villas (across from the Mulberry Grove Recreation Center -&- near The Villages' northern 'border' of CR 42). The screened Lanai, Living Room, and Master Bedroom have views of the Ashley Meadows' 7th green. King size beds with pillow top mattresses are furnished in the master bedroom AND guest room. The master bathroom has a large tiled shower with built in seat, 2 sinks, walk-in closet, and a separate toilet (WC). Cable TV is provided in the master bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is supplied with game boards, books, and playing cards. A fully furnished kitchen is open to the Dining Room and Living room, all with vaulted ceilings. Sliding doors in the Dining Room and Living Room provide plenty of light and fresh air from the screened Lanai. The Living Room has cable TV with DVD & VCR.

  • The Villages optional $50 temporary ID (limited to 2 adults) is not included in fees.

    Maximum 4 occupants. **No one under the age of 30 years may overnight in my home.**
    No pets, no smoking, no subletting, & no exceptions.
    Florida (Marion Co.) 8.5% guest tax, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are All included.
    Deposit/Cleaning/Security fee: $500 fully refundable after departure if no damages & no excess cleaning required (equal to 1 person 1.5 hour. See next paragraph). Cancellation: 100% refund of deposit if more than 120 days prior to check-in. Within 120 days, no refund of deposit.
    Note: Our home is not a 'hotel'. Routine cleaning or maid service is not included. Cleaning arrangements may be made in advance or at time of check-in with our caretaker. Any additional departure cleaning charges beyond an included $75 departure cleaning fee (equivalent to about 1 person/1.5 hours) will be deducted from the deposit.

We just returned from vacation at this home and I must say It was beautiful, It was in a great location and the house was beautiful. I was very impressed with everything in this home,it felt like being home. I would definetly recommend this home.

We spent 6 great weeks at The Van Vliet's House in the Villages. The house was very comfortable,spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and the kitchen well stocked with utensils.There were lovely views from the patio over the Nancy Lopez golf course. Groceries were an easy walk from the house or a couple of minutes drive. The Villages facilities were all you could possibly want. We would have no hesitation in recommending this house. Definitely a "10"...The Roberts.

We enjoyed this beautiful 3 bedroom villa. It was centrally located to pools, activity center, and golf course. The grocery store was just around the corner. We highly recommend the Lopez Club for dinner. The rooms were spacious, the villa was nicely appointed, and Heather was very helpful in providing us helpful info on arrival. There are 2 nice Shopping and Restaurant squares. We preferred the more established of the two, Spanish Springs Town Square.
