  • December Holidays, Mercedes Benz Championship PGA Golf Tournament in Kapalua, and whale watching season are included in peak season. All rates subject to Hawaii Excise Tax and Hotel Room Tax (12.42%). Add one time cleaning fee of $105.00 Minimum rental of 3 days. Reservations made verbally will be held for one week, after which we require a 2 night deposit to reserve the condo. The balance of the payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, Visa and Master Card are accepted. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Notes: Mahana's beautiful renovated lobby with excellent concierge services, and on-site security offer you privacy and accessibility. The concierge services offer a variety of memorable activities available on Maui from the variety of luaus, parasailing, helicopter rides, biking down the road to Haleakala, sailing and snorkeling trips, live theater, magic show, and off - road trips on Lana'i. Our favorites are sailing on America's Cup, whale watching with Captain Steve, sunset sail on the Trilogy, snorkeling and adventure trips with Pacific Whale Foundation and Trilogy. A grocery store, Star Market, is located across the street from the entrance of the Mahana ( approx. 4 blocks). There is also a dive shop, gift shop, and a number of casual eateries (pizza included). Two blocks north of the Star Market, you can find a farmer's market where you can purchase local fruit, and vegetables, flowers and gifts.

Unique Waterfront Experience:: As you dine on the lanai during breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you will experience gentle ocean breezes, the sight and sounds of the ocean waves 50 feet in front of you, panoramic vistas of the crystal blue ocean, sweeping views of the islands of Lana'i and Moloka'i, Humpback Whales breaching or tail splashing during the winter, spinner dolphins swimming past your view, and green sea turtles coming up for air. What is so amazing is the floor to ceiling glass windows in the bedroom and living room allows you to capture the early morning light of dawn as it cascades across the islands- illuminating the cliffs of Moloka'i and capturing the treetops on Lana'i, and concluding with the majestic red and oranges of the legendary Maui sunsets. Words can hardly describe the unique location and perspective you will experience every day. Our condo is on the 3rd floor which provides the sights and sounds of the ocean, and yet privacy. There is an elevator for your convenience.

We loved this place, beautiful views, exactly as described. Ocean front, have been watching the whales, today 12-23. Close to Lahaina, shopping, eating, but beach in front virtually empty. Would definitely stay here again. Condo has beach towels, toys, chairs, coolers, dining inside and out. PERFECT!!

Wonderful experience in every way

The person we booked through was very friendly and accommodating. The condo was in an excellent location on Maui with an incredible view of the ocean. It was stocked with everything you would want for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. We will definitely book with this person again.

My wife and I just returned from 10 days in this beautiful condo. We have already booked for next year based upon our experience. Jan & George (owners) have thought of everything you might need. We did not have to purchase soap powders, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, etc. Their policy is that guests leaving may leave all non-perishable goods for the next guests to use since most guests are flying out. The cleanup person (nice lady) does not throw everything away either. We were greeted with fresh (real) flowers and a spic and span unit. Kudos to the owners and Loretta. The unit is central to everything in West Maui. And unlike most places we have stayed in at Maui, the price is a bargain for what you receive.
