Located just 20 minutes east of the Puerto Plata Airport, Villa Rosada is located in the beach town of Cabarete within a gated and secure court of 4 luxury homes. Beach Front on an expansive secluded beach, Villa Rosada is near the downtown of Cabarete, as well as the police station, pharmacy, banks, grocery stores and restaurants. Once you enter the gates of our stone laid courtyard, your new luxury vacation villa will be just steps away. From the moment you step into Villa Rosada, you will be struck by the elegant and spacious open floor plan of the entryway, dining room and kitchen area. However, you will be awestruck by the rock-wall waterfall on your right whose waters gently flow into a pool of shells and exotic fish shared with the rock-wall waterfall located in the living room. On your left, two large mahogany windows allow for a full view of beach and outside tea room.
The interior incorporates dramatic open spaces, majestic marble floors throughout, and high ceiling fans. Air conditioning in the living room, TV/DVD room, and each bedroom, with ceiling fans as well as comfortable ocean cross breezes are your choice to keep your Casa cool.
