'Casa Jose' lies directly beneath pine-covered hills below the historic white hill town of Vejer de la Frontera, 3km from the coast and the Brena de Barbate Natural Park. This single storey house with its own swimming pool is situated in a large mature garden with shrubs and fruit trees. It's a perfect informal space for children! There is a porch for relaxing on - a covered tiled area for outdoor eating and includes a barbecue. A roof terrace has views over the countryside. Accommodation consists of 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms with wall mounted fans. A log burning stove, CD player and T.V (satellite/digital) in the living/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster and fridge. There is a separate utility room with an automatic washing machine. Two bathrooms one has shower over bath - and 1 en suite bathroom. Pets considered! Sun loungers, garden furniture for outdoor use. Car parking space inside entrance gate.

Situated in the area called El Olivar on the road from Vejer to Barbate on the Costa de la Luz Casa Jose is one of a number of secluded properties that lie off the local road. They are backed by pine forest and face the rolling countryside. This is an unspoilt area of Cadiz province with the traditional tuna fishing port of Barbate in one direction and the beautiful white hilltop town of Vejer - with its Moorish fortifications and village atmosphere - in the other. Further down the coast lies Tarifa and the possibilities of water sports or a trip to Morocco. In the opposite direction Jerez with its sherry bodegas, flamenco and famous riding school or Cadiz said to be Europe’s oldest port. The whole area provides visitors with a rich cultural fusion of Moorish - noticeable in the cooking and architecture - and modern Spain. Jerez is the nearest airport at 70km but it is also easily accessible from Gibraltar 85km, Seville or Malaga are slightly further away.

The kitchen has a electric hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and fridge. Step outside onto the porch - great for relaxing, eating, and siestas. There are wall mounted cold air fans iin the bedrooms. Also electric radiators. A separate utility room houses an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board and cleaning equipment. Garden furniture includes a large table and chairs for dining outside as well as sun loungers. Finally the 8m x 5m swimming pool with outside shower and large mature garden complete your holiday at Casa Jose.
