Custom-built two and a half bedroom, three bath home offers incredible views of the Atlantic from sun-deck and peaceful ocean views from main living level and pool. Short path to the white sand beach. Fully furnished, including original oil paintings..wonderful windows, split bedroom floor plan, spacious loft. So Peaceful

We just got back from staying in this home from June 13th to June 20th and loved it! My husband has a very busy work life & this was the place to be, peaceful & relaxing. We first get there and was amazed at how friendly the deer were. They were such a joy to have around, after awhile you check to make sure you see certain ones every day. The pool was the best, after long days in the heat, we would come back and just jump right in and sit back and watch the deer & look out into the ocean. The kitchen was well equiped with everything you need, did a couple of nights on the grill and hit some local restaurants that were great. Very comfortable beds! Don't miss Bahai Honda State Park only about 3 miles down the road, whether for snorkling adventure to Looe Key or just swimming. Was voted America's Best. Great fishing on the bridges and we loved how you could take the kayaks across the street and spend some time out in the calm waters. Mike you have a wonderful place and please stay in touch about your place. Thank you so much for a great vacation and opening your home to us.

FANTASTIC VIEW!!!!

Our stay were on April 30th thru May 4th, 2009 It was quiet and peace away from everything. We did do kajaking, fishing, see/pet key deers, swimming in pool, bicycling, cook on grill. many things I cannot think of.
We did not do snokeling or rent boat because of wind. We will have to come back again. This place is most definetly one. Overall big pine key is best place than all of keys. This was our 3rd trip to keys.

We have been here with our three children, it was great. Snorkeling just of the shore. Beautiful swimming pool and a lot of key deer around the house.

Home away from home

Spent a week in this gorgeous home the last week of January 2009 with husband, brother-in-law and in-laws. It was perfect! We felt right at home from the minute we set foot on the property and were greeted by a herd of Key deer, inquisitively peering thru the fence. The guys went fishing and kayaking everyday. My mornings were spent, cup of coffee in hand on the roof top deck watching the sunrise, then I'd meander down to the beach, usually followed by my four-legged friends to watch the fishing action, then back to the pool for an afternoon of relaxation on the raft with an adult beverage in hand. We tried our hand at lobstering, but no luck, it was just fun to try! Went hiking on the island and rode the bikes to the camp store at the end of the road. No Name Pub has the best pizza! Wonderful seafood market on the next Key south. The house is exceptionally outfitted, you want for nothing! Pack light, there is a convenient washer and dryer, the beds were very comfortable, and the place was so darn peaceful! We highly recommend, and hope to go back - maybe for 2 weeks next time - in the future! Thanx for a wonderful vacation in the Keys. Perfect weather, perfect company, perfect house!

Wonderful home!

We strongly recommend this wonderful home to anyone seeking a quiet and comfortable holiday. The property is surrounded by nature and located on a semi-private peninsula, perfect for walking and bike riding. The house itself is very comfortable and a bit funky which suited us fine. The rooms are well furnished and the kitchen equipped to cook meals at home. The owner was gracious about our shortening our holiday due to the recent financial melt down. The house is well equipped with toys - mountain bikes, kayaks, a sunfish sailing boat, and small pool. We hope to be able to rent this wonderful property next winter to enjoy the Florida sun and local habitat.
