2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 4-6)

Situated at the base of Canyon Road (the street of over two hundred galleries) and a short walk to the plaza, the location can not be matched. The two bedroom, two story residence is tucked away behind the Tom Ross Gallery.

You enter through a coyote fenced patio where you'll find a sunken hot tub that can seat 5, a sunning deck, outdoor furniture for dining, and a barbecue grill. Inside, on the entry level there is fully equipped kitchen, with state of the art appliances (including a dishwasher and washer and dryer) and a dining area with a kiva fireplace. Down below is a cozy living room, also with a kiva fireplace and two bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have windows that overlook a tiled atrium with a fountain(. license # 54641)

Amenities include wireless high speed, and central AC. The residence can accommodate up to six people.

Lovely Santa Fe Rental Property

We were enticed by the location of this charming Santa Fe rental property and so happy that we chose to stay here! Parking was convenient, as well. The owner was very helpful and available to answer any questions we might have had, although all was in order and we were very comfortable during our week-long visit.

The kitchen area is beautifully appointed with high-end appliances, although we ended up eating most meals out. Across the street there are two places to grab coffee and/or pastries and sandwiches throughout the day. Those wanting to eat meals without going out can enjoy the private shady outdoor space. There's also a grill for outdoor cooking.

Our beds were comfortable and we even had an occasional afternoon nap with just a little noise overhead from patrons in the art gallery above.

Another pleasing aspect of the property is the artwork for sale that lives on the walls. I wondered about several other comments regarding the "cave-like" atmosphere of the lower bedroom and living area. We found it to be cool and refreshing with ample light provided by the bedroom windows.

The walk to the plaza is a little over 10 minutes--very convenient! And getting in and out of Canyon Road was a breeze. With multiple driving trips to the Santa Fe Opera performances this was a real advantage.

For those who are looking for a rental for any time of year that provides convenience and comfort, I highly recommend this property. We will be staying here again!

We have been attending Indian Market in Santa Fe for the past 15 years, most of the time time staying in the finer hotels directly in town. The last 3 years we have rented using HomeAway I have yet to be disappointed.
The location of the casita was just perfect! My husband loved the hottub and we both enjoyed our breakfast outside and evening glass of wine. indian market is a crazy busy week in Santa Fe and it was amazing how quite the property was. Our host left us completely alone which I loved since I am very familiar with the town, at the same time I am very sure I could have walked up to the gallery and request assistance at any time. I found the owner and his staff to be very helpful and attentive while booking our trip. I will definatly book the Ross Hahn Home again!

Fantastic location, all the comforts of home

the location of this condo can not be beaten. Right on Canyon Road, your own parking, walk to the plaza...really fantastic. The property has all the comforts of home even though it is rather small. On the ground level is the full kitchen with Viking stove and oven (!), dining table and small fireplace. The basement is where the two bedrooms and two baths are with a small living area. There is some natural light down there and a window in each bedroom but if you are uneasy about basements then you'll be uncomfortable. Clearly the owners take great pride in this property as it is well maintained and very nicely decorated. We spent lots of time outside in and around the hot tub!

Great stay

We were very happy with this rental. It's in a great location and we walked most everywhere. The people who own it run a gallery next door and we found them quite helpful.
The rental is beautifully decorated with especially good art. We also loved the outdoor area with the hot tub and sunning deck. It's a great value and we'll definately stay there next year.

The property on Canyon Road was really nice. The outdoor space was particularly nice with the table, chairs, and hot tub. We really liked the fact that we could just step right ourside the door and walk to the galleries and restaurants on Canyon Road. The one thing that did surprise me was the fact that the living room, 2 bedrooms, and baths were in the basement. While there was a small window in both bedrooms, there were no windows in the living room or bathrooms and this made the property feel rather dark to me. Otherwise, everything was well maintained and convenient. We would probably stay here again.
