This brand-new luxury condo (built in April 2006) is on the top floor, with three balconies that overlook the scenic Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, Barefoot Landing, and Barefoot Resort's new marina. Upscale furnishings abound in this 2,300 square foot condo, with tile floors and gleaming granite in the kitchen and baths. Easily accommodates 12, with two of the bedrooms boasting king-sized beds, the other two with two queen-sized beds each. Master suite has a sitting area, walk-in closet, and soaking tub. Barefoot Resort is a 2,300 acre masterpiece. There are four signature championship golf courses on the property, designed by Greg Norman, Davis Love III, Tom Fazio, and Pete Dye, as well as the just-opened Nike Golf School. Three restaurants, plus a 68,000 cu ft swimming pool add to the resort's incredible amenities!   • Rentals available year-round. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Mid-week to mid-week rentals considered on a case-by-case basis. Until confirmed, all rates subject to change without notice. Rates do not include mandatory accommodations and hospitality tax of 11%, or a departure cleaning fee of $100. $200 damage/reservation deposit required and must be received within seven (7) days of booking. Upon arrival, deposit converts to security/damage deposit and may be fully refundable within fourteen (30) days of departure. Rates apply to rental of entire 4-bedroom condo.
  • Please, no smoking or pets of any kind. No house parties. No motorcycles allowed on Barefoot Resort property. Renters must be at least 25 years of age. Please inquire for information on additional 3BR unit.

Plenty of room! Everyone loved being here. Especially the large size bedrooms. Could have used more coffee mugs! Thanks for having us. This would be great for family Christmas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our July 2009 stay at your condo. The condo is so spacious and designed for comfort with all the added amenities. Location is very convenient to everything. The view from the balconies was wonderful of the intracoastal waterway & Barefoot Landing. Could not ask for a better view of the fireworks at Barefoot Landing. Thanks for renting to us. Hope to be able to return for another visit.

Very Very Nice!!

This place is the whole kit and caboodle!! We stayed with our family of 12 and we were not crampped at all. We spent most of our time on the balcony and at the pool. We brought our one year old daughter and found the condo to be very kid friendly. There was also a computer with the internet available which was very helpful in planning our daily adventures. With 3 bedrooms having their own entrance it gave everyone in the family a bit of privacy if they needed it. We were able to have a great night at the House of Blues and walk back to the condo. We will definitely be back!!!!

A Great Vacation

If your looking for a great place to stay. I would highly recommend this condo. It was very spacious with large bedrooms. The views of the fireworks from the balcony were fantastic. The owners were very helpful answering any questions that I had. With Barefoot Landing just across the waterway you could eat and shop all day long. The golf is some of the best you will find anywhere.

This is a stunning,spacious,immaculate condo with every accoutrement needed while on vacation. The owners were helpful and available while on our stay. We are booked to return for our second year!
