The best location in town! Maggie Pond is on the Village of Breckenridge site, concerts, ice skating, and paddle boats. Ski-in / Ski-out location at the base of Peak Nine. The hot tubs and pool overlook the ski area. This location is in town, excellent dining, coffee shops, grocery store and entertainment are right out your door. New free Wifi! Fully stocked kitchen, one full bath with linens, views of mount Baldy and the Plaza. This corner unit is very quiet with warm mountain decor. Breckenridge is an old mining town with a Victorian flavor. It is a world class Four-Season resort. It is a great location for activities for children or adults. Summer Activities: in the summer there is a 27 hole Jack Nicklaus course golf course, Breckenridge's famous Music and Jazz festival. Fly Fisherman's dream. In the winter there is Nordic cross-country and downhill skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, wildlife viewing and shopping. Annual international Ice Sculpture Competition in January.

Colorado is an awesome location for fishing, rafting, snow shoeing, fly fishing, skiing downhill or cross county, wildlife viewing, mountain climbing, snowboarding, hiking, bird viewing and much more.

Guest Book: 10/27/06 Positive My husband and I have stayed at The Village before, we liked this room's decor and the proximity to the hot tubs. The view was awesome too! Jennifer Lafayette, CO 08/22/06 Positive Very convenient location to town, no need to drive once you are there. This unit was bright, nicely decorated and much bigger than most studios I've stayed in. Brian , Arvada, CO 07/24/06 Positive My Wife and I had a tremendous weekend at this condo. The unit was in good condition and the location doesn't get any better. You are literally a 2 minute walk from Main Street Breckenridge and during the winter you walk out your door to the base of Peak 9. Restaurants and shopping are plentiful and all within walking distance. The amenities at the condo are excellent as well with a small indoor/outdoor pool, 4 hot tubs, a steam room and a sauna. We will definitely be staying here again!

Other Activities: Downhill skiing, concerts, and farmers market on site (seasonal), Gold mine tours 10 minutes away
