The best location in town! Maggie Pond is on the Village of Breckenridge site, concerts, ice skating, and paddle boats. Ski-in / Ski-out location at the base of Peak Nine. The hot tubs and pool overlook the ski area. This location is in town, excellent dining, coffee shops, grocery store and entertainment are right out your door. New free Wifi! Fully stocked kitchen, one full bath with linens, views of mount Baldy and the Plaza. This corner unit is very quiet with warm mountain decor. Breckenridge is an old mining town with a Victorian flavor. It is a world class Four-Season resort. It is a great location for activities for children or adults. Summer Activities: in the summer there is a 27 hole Jack Nicklaus course golf course, Breckenridge's famous Music and Jazz festival. Fly Fisherman's dream. In the winter there is Nordic cross-country and downhill skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, wildlife viewing and shopping. Annual international Ice Sculpture Competition in January.

The Village at Breckenridge is located in Summit County, Colorado's playground for summer and winter activities. The towns surrounding Breckenridge are Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail is a bit further. These areas can be accessed by car or bus. Colorado is an awesome location for fishing, rafting, snow shoeing, fly fishing, skiing downhill or cross county, wildlife viewing, mountain climbing, snowboarding, hiking, bird viewing and much more.

We stayed there on Chrismas week, 2006. The snow was fabulous, the condo was nice, the location was at the absolute perfect location. It was about 50 yards to the lift, or about 100 yards to the main street with shops and night life.

Absolutely perfect! Made a last minute reservation with Jeff and Sandy and couldn't be happier. Nothing is more important than location, location, location and this studio has it! Definitely going to make a return trip!

I stayed at this condo for a weekend in January with 3 other people. This was such pleasant experience. The room was more spacious than the picture let on. We also enjoyed the hot tubs after a long day of skiing. It was so close to the lift that we couldn't have asked for more. I would encourage anybody to stay at the Village!

We stayed here over thanksgiving 2008. The location is amazing. You can't see the base of peak 9 from the windows, but you are right there! You park in the same building you are staying, you have the pool and hot tubs in the same building you are staying, and the front desk is there too! No need to get cold or wet!!

The room was great! The kitchen was great - hint - bring your own coffee grounds!! I forgot! The set up was great for my husband and I! Plenty of room to lounge. Great views from the windows. Very relaxing!

The location to town is great! We never took the car out of the garage, we just walked everywhere!

Picking up the key was easy and dropping it off, even easier!!!

We were very happy with the location
Unit had everything we needed
It was clean and comfortable for 2 people
An older property with normal wear
We hiked and Breck is perfect for that
Favorite restaurant for breakfast is Cool River on the River Walk Empire burgers on the corner of Main and Park was pleasant and the Mexican Mia Casa right across the street from the Villages was great.
