Gorgeous 2 BR Condo in North Coast Village Sleeps 6 1-K, 2-F, 1 Sleeper. Last year we completed a total remodel project: new furniture, paint, carpet, fireplace, tile, beds, linens, towels, furniture, appliances--everything! Our unit is earth tones, contemporary with a beach theme. Enjoy top of the line finishings: an electric fireplace, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, a pack and play for the kids, high chair for toddler dining, big fluffy pillows, large flat screen TV, Sony Playstation 2, computer with high-speed Internet, lots of current movies, two outdoor seating areas, ping pong paddles and balls, beach toys and more. We have lots of happy clients and references are available. PLUS we're professionals and easy to work with. Every accommodation will be made to insure your satisfaction.

Nearest Airport: San Diego at 35 Miles
Oceanside is the quintessential Southern California beach town. With more than three miles of beautiful white sand beaches, Oceanside is just the place for sun worshippers. At Harbor Beach, specially equipped 'sand' wheelchairs are available at the various lifeguard towers. Surfers and body surfers alike will enjoy the excellent waves along this section of the Pacific Coast. If the weather and time of year are right, visitors can go Whale Watching. They can also try surf fishing from the historic Oceanside Pier; a fishing license is not required from the pier. The city also offers several museums (like the California Surf Museum), historic tours of the Mission San Luis Rey de Francia and activities at Heritage Park. The Harbor is filled with enough shopping and restaurants to fill any appetite. Being located north of San Diego and just south of Anaheim, Oceanside is a perfect base camp for visiting all of the major hot spots in the area, but ending the day away from the crowds.

All the comforts of Home!: Welcome to the tropical paradise of North Coast Village Beachfront condos in Oceanside, CA (North San Diego County). You will be amazed by the lush tropical grounds with waterfalls, running brooks, fern grottos, fountains and koi fish ponds. This vacation jewel is located directly on one of San Diego’s finest clean sandy beaches great for surf and swimming. Our home was remodeled and redecorated last year. New Paint, carpet, fixtures, beds, linens, appliances, TVs, dining table, the works--all new! This is an upgraded ocean view two bedroom unit. We have all the appointments and comforts you enjoy at home. This is a two story condo. The main floor has the kitchen, dining room, bath, sleeper sofa and 2 full beds in the bedroom.

Everything you need!: The upstairs has a king size bed, another bath and observation deck, perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. The unit is tastefully furnished and decorated with a 32 in. flat screen and a PLAYSTATION 2 with some games; the master bedroom has a 20 in. TV with a DVD player plus a computer with high speed Internet. The bedroom with two double beds has a 13 in. TV and DVD too. We have a small movie library of quality films, games, nice new linens & kitchen items and everything for a great vacation. We also have beach chairs and boogie boards for wave riders! Two parking spots are included. We are kid friendly too. We have a high chair and a pack and play portable crib and some kid games. The North Shore Village complex is 2 minutes off the 1-5 and is 45 minutes from John Wayne Airport and less than an hour from San Diego airport.

Very Dirty, pick another unit at North Coast

My family stayed at this unit over the Christmas break (12/26/08-1/02/09) and were so disappointed. The unit was filthy upon arrival. We had to wash the sheets and towels which had cigerette burns and blood on them (at a cost of $15.00 for the coin op laundry in the building) and the entire kitchen (which had moldy food, unclean dishes in the cabinets) upon arrival after a long day of travel. The carpet is disgustingly dirty and stinky and I was happy to not have a toddler, but I would not even let my 8 yo sit on it. All the items for cooking in the kitchen are so worn out that they belong in the garbage, not even a garage sale!! In addition the entire unit had 8 towels for a family of 6 for the whole week. When we contacted the owner got a lot of talk, but no one came to clean and we are still out the cleaning fee!!! The positives are the grounds and amenities. The pool, and jacuzzi are wonderful and the location on the beach was great. I would stay here again, but never in this unit.

Wow! What a wonderful place for a vacation!

This was wonderful place to set up our home base for our vacation. The condo was in beautiful. It was great being right by the ocean with an awesome view to enjoy. The kids loved the grounds and the beach. We were close enough to enjoy the Zoo, Legoland and to the train to take in to the city. Shopping was nearby and a lot of very helpful local information was provided by the owner. We'd love to come back!
