This Cape Cod home is centrally located to many Cape attractions such as the Cape Cod Rail Trail, area beaches, golf courses and quintessential Cape towns with antiquing and shopping. For families traveling with small children, a day at the bayside beaches, especially at low tide will reveal mudflats and beach treasures galore for the young and old. There are many highly rated restaurants for those dining out as well as wonderful live theatre productions by some of the highly talented Cape theatre companies. Attend the Brewster Band concerts every Sunday evening (during the summer months) at Drummer Boy Park, but don't forget to pack a picnic dinner and bring the children. The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History is well worth a visit as well as Nickerson State Park which is brimming with bike trails, picnic areas and fresh-water ponds for swimming.

Guest Review/Comment: 'At the last minute we were looking for a get away and this house in Brewster popped up which sleeps 6 comfortably. I emailed the owner Sharon and she was so easy to work with. The place was immaculate as promised and looked exactly like the pictures on the site. Everything we needed was conveniently provided right down to a wine opener and two different types of strainers. The house was so child friendly we were more than pleased with the playroom upstairs and the large, safe yard for them to run around in. Stop and Shop was around the corner and Alecia's Pizza to die for! We went to Jack Knife Cove for our own personal beach getaway (bayside) and the kids were in heaven chasing crabs and looking for clams. We loved this adorable, clean, tastefully decorated Cape House in Brewster. The house exceeded our expectations. The owners thought of everything in terms of what a renter might need. We would definitely rent again. Relaxing, comfortable setting.

Great Cape House

Our family spent a week here this summer and thoroughly enjoyed this cute and comfortable house. It is clean and nicely decorated and the location was central to our favorite spots in Brewster. Don't miss Hopkins House Bakery, Crosby Beach or the Cape Cod Baseball League. The boys loved the yard and the upstairs and we had dinner each evening on the delightful porch. We highly recommend this home and the owners were terrific to work with.

Lovely home

We had a wonderful time during our week in this lovely little house on the Cape. The house was very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated and it was a good size for our family of three. Brewster was terrific---a really cute little town with great bay beaches. The owners provided lots of information about nearby restaurants and things to do and were extremely pleasant and helpful in all our dealings with them. I highly recommend this rental.

We had a great time!

This is truly one of the best summer rentals I've ever been lucky enough to find. The house is well maintained on a quiet street in Brewster. It's actually much more spacious than you might think from the pictures. The decor is cute and flowers and landscaping make the deck area a nice retreat to relax and read or have a fun dinner with family and friends. The kitchen is well equip with dishes and pans and cooking utensils and the water pressure in the shower is good too! The home is conveniently located to attractions along 6A. I recommend the WoodShed for live music fans! There is also a very helpful 'guidebook' outlining various activities, restaurants and where to find necessities like the coffee shop or gas station. The owner was reachable in the event of last minute questions and very helpful as well. I would recommend this rental and hope to vacation there again next year!

Restful retreat in ideal location

The summer of 2007 was our first stay in this quaint little cottage and we have rebooked for 2008. We had previously stayed in condos in Brewster and much prefered having our own deck and spacious cottage. The owners are great and the accomodations just as you see them in the photos....clean, nicely furnished and spacious. Brewster is a wonderful little town with interesting shops, a bike trail & state park, beaches, great lobster, an interesting General Store and of course the Cape Cod Summer Baseball League is played here. Very easy access to everything and not as much traffic as the Hyannis area. I was hesitant to write a great review because I want to be able to get my booking every year!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
