We had the pleasure of staying at Kolu Honu for 3 weeks while I worked on Oa'hu. It was everything described and then some! We felt at home immediately, and enjoyed every aspect of the house. The stunning view is addicting, and I found it hard to leave on the days I had to work, wanting to just stay and gaze out at Kaneohe Bay. Scott was wonderful to us and accomodated us at every need. We enjoyed the Lanai, eating meals we prepared in the wonderfully appointed kitchen, just relaxing and watching how the sunshine changed the look of the bay from one hour to the next, and the wonderful sounds and smell of rain falling, (not to mention a special treat of having the Blue Angles one weekend zipping across the bay over and over! We had a birds eye view!) Kolu Honu is also centrally located - which since I was working, was great! What a wonderful stay we had, and we will forever remember being "at home" in Kolu Honu. We hope we get the opportunity to return! Thank you Scott, I cannot begin to tell you how much we truly enjoyed Kolu Honu. It was a blessing beyond words.
