Each bedroom has a TV (the 3 master bedrooms also have DVDs). The family room has a large 51 inch wide screen TV, Home Theatre, DVD and VCR. The living room has yet another TV with a Playstation 2 and games.
High speed wireless internet access throughout the house.
The family room has a magnificent cathedral ceiling which gives a wonderful feeling of spacious luxury.
The kitchen is generously equipped for eating indoors or outside.
The house is fully air-conditioned and has a games room with a pool table, Foosball table (table football) and air hockey.
The house leads onto a shaded lanai with tables, chairs and a barbeque grill. Beyond is a screened deck area with a heated south facing 30 foot pool and spa with sun loungers, overlooking a lake and a wooded conservation area. There are alarms on all doors leading to the pool and a child safety fence can be erected if preferred.
