You can also keep in touch with free DSL in the condo (wired and wireless). Bring your laptop or rent one in the office. There is a swim ladder for ocean access right outside the condo. Also an outdoor freshwater rinse tank for dive gear and an outdoor freshwater shower. You will have a large locked storage cage in the garage for your suitcases, dive gear, etc. You will also have a reserved space in the secured underground garage if you choose to rent a car. Car rental is unnecessary unless you want to drive around the island.

Location, Location, Location!: There are a few luxury condo and hotel properties in Cozumel. Problem is they're miles from town. Unless you want to eat in the same mediocre tourist trap restaurant every day - they figure you probably will, so why bother with good food and service? - you have to pay $10.00 - $20.00 or more for a taxi each way to take you to a decent place for dining, shopping or nightlife. Until now. Welcome to Casa Del Mar. If you want 5-star oceanfront luxury with a short walk to virtually every restaurant, shop and nightspot, you have found it: Upscale restaurant on-site (Prima featuring Northern Italian, USDA Prime steaks, just-caught seafood, etc.) with room service & beach/poolside servicei, steps to more restaurants, shopping, grocery superstore, nightlife (Carlos 'n Charlie's, Senior Frogs & Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville are just 2 blocks away). Save the money you would have spent on taxis and rental cars for more important things!

We stayed at Casa Del Mar for 5 days. It was beautiful, the house was amazing, the neighbors were amazing, i dont think that i could honestly say one thing about it that was not exceptional. The location is superb and just wow....i would tell anyone i know to stay there.

We stayed in Casa Del Mar and Casa Margarita in May 2008... It was great... This was our second time to stay at El Cantil, we stayed at Casa Phoenix prior years... It is the best location in Cozumel... We have stayed many other places all inclusive and European plan but this is the best.. we had a larger group this year ... and we will all return ... we loved sitting on the balcony watching the ships come in and out and having our "vacation coffee".. The restaurant on top is great, good food, great views... and wonderful service... We had a really good time... The staff at El Cantil is very good and heplful...

The Samfords, Daniels, Hutson, Turners
and Hubbard...

Thanks for making our stay so good !!!

We recently stayed at Casa Del Mar after Thanksgivng and again we were there for Christmas. The owners have re-decorated (not that it needed it) and it is really beautiful. We really enjoyed the food at the Wynston restaurant. It is definitely 5 star quality (at great prices)!! (Filets cooked perfect, crab macaroni, pasta dishes were excellent!) We love sitting under the palapa during the day and swimming in the sea.. and snorkeling is fun too especially just North where Wilma collapsed the old dolphin pens (tons of tropical fish).. The staff is top notch and will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Chedraui (across the street) has almost everything you need for a quick snack and plenty of choices of rum, tequila, vodka etc. This is the best place to experience all Cozumel can offer!

We have just returned from our vacation in Cozumel. We had the great pleasure to be the first guests to stay in Casa del Mar. Thank-you for such a lovely condo. Casa del Mar is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well stocked. We found the electric juicer to be the most valuable item. We made limonada every day for our crew! We chose Casa del Mar because of the direct access to the beach from the balcony and it was a great decision. We had a group of seven family and friends. The condo is very spacious and there was more than enough room for us all. This was our sixth trip to Cozumel and our second to stay at El Cantil. It was a wonderful vacation and some of the best diving we have ever had! We love the close proximity to town and to the grocery store. We did not rent a car at all this time. Everything was within walking distance and the dive boats picked us up on site. Thank-you for offering this condo to be rented. I would recommend it to anyone.
