The house is in Palm Desert Country Club which is conveniently located 3 miles off Interstate 10. The newly opened clubhouse with restaurant and bar is a short walk. There are about 130 golf courses in the valley The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is about 1 mile away. We are about a 10 minute drive to the El Paseo shopping district and Westfield Mall. Also about 10 minutes to Indian casinos.

Outside: Our home has a very private pebble Tec salt-water pool with attached hot tub and waterfall overlooking the fairway. There is also a separate patio area under a pergola with wicker and glass patio furniture surrounded by beautiful mature roses, a lush lawn, and large olive tree. This patio faces the Eastern rising sun and fairway and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. The entire yard is elevated above the golf course with an waist high oleander hedge for added privacy.

Inside: The living room has large windows and is tastefully decorated in tan and cream with art glass tables and original art. We have just added a new 32 inch LCD HD tv with digital cable. The master bedroom has a Tommy Bahama king bed, adjoining bath with shower, and 20 inch TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an Italian theme. The second bath has a tub with shower. All bed and bath linens are high quality including premium pillow top mattress. The entire interior was painted and decorated in October 2006.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker and grinder. We have a full assortment of bar ware, dishes, and anything else you may need for preparing meals. The dining area has a dark wood table that seats six. There is also a Weber gas grill on the patio. We have provided for every detail to make your stay pleasurable and memorable. Our goal is to make our property your luxury home away from home.

Golf: The house is located on the 2nd fairway and 9th green at Palm Desert Country Club. This facility is open to the public. We are within a few miles of many other golf courses.

We have spent quite a bit of time renting in the desert, but will be back to this rental property. Very relaxing, quiet and private. The yard is well maintained, and the house is very clean, nicely furnished, and has a great AC system, much needed! We highly suggest this for golf lovers, for the beautiful course, and great views of the Santa Rosa's. Ideal rental for two couples, makes for a nice affordable vacation.

Really enjoyed staying at the Utah house. Nice quiet area close in, but private. Grocery and other stores and dining places close by that we appreciated. Nice to relax in the pool and spa after a day on the fairway, driving out to the casino for some fun time. or sightseeing in the surrounding areas. We found the house and grounds immaculate and relaxing and as presented. Just relaxing on the patio was enjoyable. We found it a plus to fly in to the airport, pick up a car and in about 25 min. we were at the house. Will definitely return for more time in the sun.
