Large Victorian style home recently completed and featured in the New York Times 'Great Homes and Destinations' section combines space age comfort and convenience with turn-of-century charm. Situated within the City of Harbor Springs, this residence is located on a wooded lot with an abundance of wildlife right in your backyard. The gourmet kitchen with large mahogany topped island and prep sink will appeal to your culinary fantasies. Featured items are a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf 48 six burner range with char broiler and dual turbo ovens with separate warming oven and microwave. All kitchen perimeter counter tops are crafted out of Casa Esmeralda granite. Sleeping accommodations include a first floor master with four additional bedrooms on the second level; two of which have attached baths. A large additional guest bath features both a tub and shower. A second floor terrace provides scenic views of the rustic setting. All baths feature premium fixtures and marble counter tops.

lovely home, but

It is a lovely home. But need to have instructions for the alarm system/lighting and air condition systems available. It did get a little warm upstairs. so we bought our own fan.
The cob webs on the front porch were overwhelming. we would have loved to sit out there in the evening. didn't think it was our responsibility to hose it down, should have been done before we arrived. could not use the widows peek because of massive bee hive as soon as you opened it.

the sun room was lovely except when it would rain that's when the black ants decided to come in and join us. These are all things that can be taken care of. Other than that we had a really nice time.

Our group of four couples really enjoyed our stay at the executive retreat in Harbor Springs, MI. It was a true luxury home that was spacious, well furnished, and very comfortable for all of us.

We enjoyed Harbor Springs, a day at Mackinac Island, Petosky, and dinner at Legs Inn in Cross Village. We hit the peak of color and all thought it was a very good trip.
