Memorial day weekend
The location was nice the parking lot was crowded and some people have more than one car and made it crowded to get in or out. The grill in the back had old stale burgers in it there were ants red ants all over the floor in the back. The floors were unleveled it was uncomfortable to walk in the bedroom because the floors were unleveled. The bathroom shower was clogged as we took a shower the water kept Rising. The porch door was hard to open and it was hard to close the door to get into the cottage the lock and the key was hard to open and it was hard to close. The patio screen was filthy they were webs and stuff on the ceiling the window ledge was filthy it was the screen was broken on the bottom next to the chairs. The area where we stayed the grass was dry the Landscaping was not maintenanced there was a cabin in front of us with wood and trash in front of it the laundry room was a mess of stuff all over the place. The sink anytime you wash dishes and anything you threw in the sink it overflowed in the back of the of the house next to the Grill. There's a hole in the kitchen floor next to the door to go outside we're rodents and snakes can come in . to stay there and it was not worth the money the cabin was not worth it for the three nights we spent most of the time out of the house. I'm Sorry I just expected better.

The cabin was dirty, bugs in dishes, cob webs all over, we had to clean it before we unpacked. needs an on sight custodian, at least part of the time. had several things that should have been taken care of before we used the cabin, area. But were able to get buy for our stay. The water smelled gross.

Cute Cottage & Property
The property that the cottage is on is cute and perfect for people looking to enjoy the outdoors without roughing it but also not going fancy. There were a few pieces of furniture that were old and not sturdy and the floor had a big tilt to it with what seemed to be some holes under the carpet, but overall the place was suitable for what we needed: going to the beach and sleeping. The screened in porch was an excellent addition. With a few updates to the bathroom and furniture, these cottages would be a 5/5. Also, Kimberly was very responsive and gave us a nice background on the property.
