New, luxurious large condominium in Oro Grande. Top of the line furnishings, modern fully-equipped kitchen, granite counter tops and hardwood floors. The living room has a beautiful tiled gas fireplace, a home theater system, wireless internet, and even a lighted Christmas tree for the holidays. Each bedroom has a TV with cable and a VCR or DVD player. Magnificent ski slope views from a private deck and a gas grill. Walk to ski (about 10 minutes, 300-400 yards) or take the complimentary shuttle that will pick you up at the building entrance. There are several high speed quads plus an adult and kids ski school. The year-round pool and hot tub are in the SAME building, making this very kid friendly. The laundry facility and fitness room are on the same floor as the unit. The building is wheelchair accessible with an elevator and covered parking.

The Oro Grande building is in Keystone across the road from the Mountain House ski base area. It is directly adjacent to a stunningly beautiful wetland reserve, with incredible views, wildlife, beaver ponds and bubbling mountain streams. Walk out the door to a mountain showcase. There are miles of paved bike trails and the gondola provides access to the mountain in summer for hiking and biking. It is an easy walk to the River Run Village, the Keystone Lake/Convention center, and fly fishing on the Snake River. There are several great golf courses nearby and it's only a short drive to Dillon reservoir for sailing. Keystone, Dillon, Frisco and Brekenridge all provide excellent dining opportunities within a 20 minute drive. Fantastic shopping is available in Dillon, Silverthorne and Breckenridge only minutes away. Keystone is a family friendly resort and has the largest night-skiing operation in Colorado. With A-Basin, Breckenride and Copper Mountain, the skiing choices are endless.
