A large circular drive, beautiful gardens and large mesmerizing waterfalls welcome you to the lushly planted grounds of this private home. You will enjoy total relaxation in the tranquility, the extremely private fully-enclosed property, as well as the first-class amenities. Immaculately decorated throughout, this home features a large wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, three large bedrooms, and three full bathrooms...the large master suite has an extra large double shower, huge tub, double sinks and its own TV/DVD. The living room has a large TV and stereo with DVD and CD. Cable includes HBO. High speed wireless internet access is also included.

The three bedrooms (with king-size, queen-size, and two twin beds), sleep six comfortably. Just beyond the spacious living room’s floor to ceiling picture windows are the beautiful outdoor pool area and large spa: a perfect setting for relaxing, sunbathing or entertaining.

Golf, restaurants and shopping are within a few minutes walk of this first-class South Palm Springs home. And walking in this inviting neighborhood is a delight-- Deepwell has mature, lush landscaping and as many palm trees as you can imagine. Other destinations within five minutes are Warm Sands resorts, downtown shops, fine restaurants, a variety of nightlife, Spa Casino, more golf courses, tennis courts, and art galleries. The famous swiveling Tram just 10 minutes away will whisk you to 10,000 feet for fine dining with incredible views and let you get in as much alpine hiking as you like. A nice place for families or couples

My husband and I really enjoyed the layout and privacy of this house. The back yard/pool area is nicely manicured and the house is in a quiet neighborhood close to Palm Canyon Drive, as well as restaurants and several Starbucks'. There are a few restaurants close enough to walk to, but I would recommend having a car, or at least a bicycle if you want to spend time on Palm Canyon Drive. The house if very convenient to the airport and the directions were easy to follow. My only complaint is that the hot tub never seemed hot enough. That said, we would choose to stay here anytime we are in Palm Springs.

This home is very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The pool and deck get the sun all day long and the property is close to shops and other amenities. It is in a quiet neighbourhood so it suits people wanting to rest and relax.
