This villa and the surrounding area has something for all the family. So well equipped that all you need is your swim wear and casual clothes. It exceeded our expectations and we appreciated food in the fridge for our arrival after a long journey. Everything you could wish for to have a relaxing holiday.

We rented this fabulous villa for a late October vacation. The villa is situated in an extremely quiet family oriented neighborhood. We really did not know just how wonderful this villa was until we came through the front door, the pictures on the web site give you just a little taste of what is to come. Upon entering the villa you notice that you start to relax immediately. The furniture is updated and will help you relax into the South Florida lifestyle. The bedding is top of the line and the bedrooms very accommodating for a large family or 2 couples. There is a computer to keep in touch with the world or look for local attractions. We were treated to juice, pastries, milk and bread in the refrigerator upon arrival, life does not get any better. After unpacking we spent a lot of our time out by the pool. Again the house has everything you need to relax, wonderful towels floats for the pool and of course everything to keep the kids happy! I just can't say enough about this villa; we liked the villa so much we went out and bought a house near by!!! We can’t say enough about this property, I say pick up the phone and reserve your week in paradise!!!!

Perfect Holiday Home

This was our second Christmas & New Year at the house - and spent last Easter there too. We don't want too many people to find out about this place as we just love it. As keen golfers it is the perfect location and their property manager even keeps our golf clubs stored between stays - how's that for service! The pool, patio and dock are just wonderful to relax in the evenings and the heated pool gets lots of use too. The house is amazingly well equipped as it is the owners vacation home too. We have booked to return at Easter.

PERFECT VILLA & LOCATION

Returned again to stay at the fabulous villa. Spent time relaxing on the loungers and having BBQ's with the family by the pool. Perfect location for teenagers with plenty to visit at nearby Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton. Beautiful sandy beach nearby. Having internet access on the computer was a big bonus. Pleased to see the high standards have been maintained. We have already booked to return again next year.

Ideal base for a family holiday in Ft Lauderdale

This is a beautiful, well appointed house situated in a quiet up market neighbourhood. Clean and well maintained, the house is exactly as described and offers comfortable spacious accommodation ideal for large groups or families. The lovely rear garden looks directly onto part of the intercoastal waterway network and has a good sized pool, barbeque area and plenty of seating and loungers to relax on- it's an ideal place itself to spend a day! However the house is well located for visits to the Ft Lauderdale area with its fantastic beaches, quality shopping malls and excellent restaurants. The owners have thoughtfully prepared a file with details of local attractions so getting the most from your stay is easy. Palm Beach to the North and Miami to the South are each only approximately 1 hours drive away. Both are well worth a visit but there are also plenty of things to see and do in between. Our favourites are the beaches at Boca and Delray, the restaurants at Las Olas Boulevard and Deerfield Beach, the Town Centre mall at Boca, Miami South Beach and Seaquarium. Also don’t miss heading inland for a trip alligator-spotting in the Everglades at Sawgrass then take in Sawgrass Mills mall on the way home. We really enjoyed our stay and were thrilled with the house – we would have absolutely no hesitation recommending it because it really is that good!!
