Stupendous 5 Bedroom Reversed Living Oceanfront home located in Ship Bottom on Long Beach Island right on the beach. The house is nicknamed 'Sandy Haven'. It is ideally located just blocks from the Causeway entrance to LBI (Route #72) and an easy drive to Fantasy Island Amusement Park in Beach Haven on LBI and a 45 minute drive to Atlantic City with its Famous Boardwalk and numerous World Class Casinos. We are about one hour from Philadelphia and on and one half hours from New York City. Numerous restaurants, ice cream parlors, and children' activities are just steps from the house. This beautiful O/F home boast endless unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and even Barnaget bay from all rooms and the many large decks including a secluded rooftop deck. Long beach Island was ranked as one of the top five Family Beaches in the USA by National Geographic Traveller Magazine in 2003.
