House Details:
Our home at 26 Aunt Sarah's Way, South Wellfeet was completed in the spring of 2006. The appliances and furniture are all new and in immaculate condition. You will find our house location is quiet in a rural setting within a well established development consisting of thirteen homes. We have rented to five families during the 2006 summer season and all have written positive thoughts on their vacationing experiences. We encourage all families to contribute their thoughts on their vacation stays in order for us to maintain a pleasant experience for all vacationing families. Our area is safe and child friendly. No reports or incidents have ever been reported to the authorities concerning theft or disturbances. You can feel safe leaving your personal property unattended in the back yard. Our home is one half mile+ to Route Six and highway traffic can not be heard. We also have a fire pit and wooden picnic table for your use, but please bring your own firewood.
Rear Enclosed Porch and Deck:
For your day and evening enjoyment our oversized 16' X 16' enclosed screened porch with an extended attached open deck 16' X 8' provides a spacious and airy area. We have included a television and radio on the porch for your viewing and listening pleasure. A gas grill is conveniently accessible on the deck.
Upon Arrival:
Upon arrival to begin your vacation stay, I will personally greet you and your family. This will only take 10 minutes, but I find it beneficial to explain the gas grill, stereo, cable TV, and Internet hookup. Also I can answer any questions concerning parking stickers for Federal and Wellfleet Town Beaches, or any other questions you may have.
