Nearby -Tennis, ball field, playground. 3 TV's (1 Huge TV), DVD Libraries, and long, long private Driveway to Walk, Run, Bike. Eagle sightings, child/pet friendly. Has 440 ft frontage on Cove built by the former owners of the estate, which is now owned by world famous celebrities. 20 minute ride on car ferry runs on hour till 5. .
