Photos and Description of the Seaside Heights vacation house rental Sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

This is a brand new renovated 2 family home. The lower unit is for rent for weekly rentals. We are only 5 houses from the beach/boardwalk and located on the last block of the Seaside Heights We will only accommodate families or very responsible young adults. There will be NO parties in this home.. Please check the availability calendar for open weeks before you email me. I would prefer email rather then phone calls. I will respond back quicker with emails. This home is brand new, totally clean, and perfect for families. There is also a yard to share and an outside shower. PLEASE, EMAILS ONLY...

This is a prime location for all the beach lovers. This is also on the North end of Seaside Heights where there are more families and less of the party kids. We are very close to the Water Works, miniature golf, and its popular Arcades.

We were a little nervous, since it was the first house we had ever rented, but we were very pleased! It was clean, and very bright and spacious. We are hoping to go back again next year!
Owner's Response: Thank you for keeping the house as perfect as it was when you got it. We welcome you back next season. If you have a choice week, please get your request in by Feb. since that is the month we start getting calls.

My family and I just returned from NJ. This apt. was just the right size for the five of us. It was very clean and comfortable. We could walk to everything. The beach is just up the street (a very short walk). It is located on a quiet street. We had everything we needed right in the apt. Hoping to go back next year.

perfect getaway

The place was very clean and much better in person than the photos. It's about a block and a half from the ocean, not 5 houses, but it was still very close. The location was great, close enough to the boardwalk, resraurants, and bars but far enough from rowdy crowds. My friends visited and were so impressed that they tried to rent the place for august! I will definitely come back next year.
