Everyone loves this adorable cottage in the heart of Union Pier. The owners have created a whole new look and feel for this adorable cottage. Special Features include a wonderful wood-burning fireplace, new hard wood floors, a living area with vaulted ceilings, and a fenced in back yard. Additionally, there are two screened porches, one with a second fireplace! A separate bunk house with it’s own private bath are featured with the cottage rental. A very quick, ½ block to the beach. 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath plus bunk house. Sleeps 6-8 *Our calender does not get updated. Please call or email for availability.

Clean, very nicely decorated a-la-Pottery Barn, kitchen great and side porch/screend porch ideal. 5 min walk to beach 1 street over (dont' bring ton of stuff for the steps to the beach!), neighborhood feel, walking distance to corner store for emergencies and food, ice cream, lunch. Having screened porches with fireplace, outdoor shower and grills a bonus.Layout on 1 level nice with little kids. Also 2 bedrooms rooms up front, 1 in back for privacy and noise separation. Bunk house has cabin-y feel - small, air/heat through window/floor units, private porch for bunk house... tiny but works for privacy for couple.
