Completely renovated in 2006, this is a 3500sf, traditional shingle style Victorian located on a large private grassy common, perfect for field sports. Spectacular water views of Newport's Easton's Beach and the Cliff Walk. Renfrew Park is a private neighborhood. The home is located 800 feet from Newport's Easton's Beach, and walking distance (.25 mile) to Easton's Beach pavilion, bars and restaurants. Second Beach, voted RI's best beach is just a half mile down the hill. Walk to downtown to shop, eat, drink, or visit local attractions. Visit our historic movie house or take the dinner train. Wine tours, helicopter rides, fishing, mansion tours, Newport offers it all. Our home is a traditional Shingle Style Victorian home on Middletown's Renfrew Park with water views of Newport's Easton's Beach and the Cliff Walk. It is located on a large private grassy common, and is great for field sports with family and friends. One block to Easton's Beach and less than a mile to Sachuest Beach, rated Rhode Island's best beach. Short walk to popular pubs and restaurants. Downtown Newport waterfront is less than 2 miles and Newport's Bellevue Avenue only one mile.

The House: This home was built in 1850 and is number 10 of a 12 home private beach community. We are 800 feet from the water at Easton's Beach. There are ocean views from all levels. The house was completely rebuilt in 2005-2006. Everything is brand new, interior and exterior. Brand new kitchen, laundry, 2.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms. Large yard is great for kids and family parties, stone porch is great for entertaining! Walk to downtown Newport, Bellevue Avenue, Restaurants, Bars, shopping, museums...

Amenities: The house is fully equipped with 2 kitchens, Wireless Internet, 42' Flat screen HDTV, Digital Cable, Free National Phone Calls, Gas Grill, Swing set.
