Adelfo is the perfect host ... very professional, totally caring, and absolutely helpful. The condo itself is superlative. CLEAN, immaculately maintained and very, very thoughtfully furnished and equipped. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, incl. 2 flat panel TVs, DVD player, Microwave, Coffee Maker, cordless phones, even a slow cooker. My wife and I spent three months at the Akoya, Jan-March 09, and it sort of came to feel like home. In fact, we were extremely reluctant to leave. The beach is gorgeous, the views of the Atlantic and the Intra-Coastal waterway are spectacular and one is within walking distance of a gas station, supermarket, Blockbuster Video, restaurants, banks, etc. SOBE (South Beach) with all its clubs, bars and restaurants, is just a short drive away. Will we be back? You bet. In fact, it is likely that we will return every winter. And so should you!!!
