Non-Cancelable rental agreement (weekly) and lease (more than 2 weeks) to be signed - Pool heat is very expensive in the winter (approximately $2000 for high temperatures); therefore, the following extra charges will apply from December 1 to April 30: 78 degrees is $300/week; 82 degrees - $400/week and 85 degrees - $500/week.

We have provided quality cookware, gourmet spice rack, quality stoneware and fine glassware for dining in or out on the tumbled stone patio. For your entertainment needs, Bose surround sound is piped into the living room and there is a LCD HDTV in the living room as well as another in the master bedroom. DVD player is provided as well. Outdoor music sound system for your entertainment by the pool . The spacious living room is furnished with comfortable sectional and other seating situated in front of the beautiful fireplace and entertainment area. For business requirements while in Scottsdale, we have WI-FI Internet connection which you can take advantage of anywhere on the property.
