This beautiful three bedroom beachfront condominium is next to Chankanaab National Park and has the best beach snorkeling on the Island. Enjoy amazing sunsets and watch the cruise ships sail by in the crystal blue Caribbean from your two private terraces. Built in May 2006, this is a second floor condo in a complex of 10 units (very private with no high-rises) with a great view. Enjoy a rooftop tanning deck for an even more spectacular view! We will assist you in arranging activities for your stay including scuba, snorkeling, or fishing charters with boat pickup at your beach. Located south of town, you are in close proximity to the coral reefs and popular beach clubs. Ancient Mayan ruins, golf, and horseback riding are a short drive away. You are also only a five minute drive to the shops, restaurants, and activities of downtown San Miguel.

Cozumel Island - Condominium Complex is located next to Chankanaab National Park five miles south of the Town of San Miguel. Property is located directly on the beach. Chankanaab reef is directly off the beach providing excellent scuba diving and snorkeling. Uva's Beach Club is directly next door featuring glass bottom kayak rentals, excellent food and massages. Chankanaab National Park, just 1/2 mile south, is the premier tourist park on the island. Several popular beach clubs as well as Punta Sur National Park are just further south of the Complex accessible by rental car or short taxi ride.
