Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of space for everyone. We provide all linens, pillows, blankets & towels. The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you'll need to serve meals during your stay - you just supply the food. With a wood-burning fireplace (with free firewood), cathedral ceilings, and natural wood accents, the living room is so cozy that you'll feel instantly at ease. The decor in the home is warm and inviting - we want your family to feel relaxed and at home during your stay, and we hope you'll enjoy your experience enough to come back!

Located in the scenic Four Seasons at Camelback community (formerly Northridge Station), we are just a 3 minute drive from the entrance to Camelback & Camelbeach. There are endless activities in the area. Ski or snowboard at any one of five plus mountains in the winter, or check out the local water parks in the summer. We are less than 10 minutes from The Crossings, an outlet mall with over 100 stores. Area restaurants and shops abound. Check out the new Mount Airy Casino, only 15 minutes away. For the 'outdoorsmen and -women' there's a shooting rage 20 minutes away - use your firearms or theirs. For lovers of racing & fast cars, visit Pocono Raceway, just 30 minutes away. Drive less than 30 minutes to visit multiple vineyards and wineries, or visit Split Rock Resort for their annual wine and beer festivals. No matter what your interests, you'll find an abundance of activities right at your fingertips. We are located approximately 1-1/2 hours from New York City.

Minimum age for renters: Please note that we cannot rent to individuals under 25 years of age who will not be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian. However, we welcome and encourage rentals by families with children of all ages.

Maximum occupancy: The home accommodates a maximum of ten guests in total, with a maximum of six of those guests being adults. These limits are in place because the sleeping accommodations for four guests are bunk beds, which are not intended for use by adults. We are not liable for injuries resulting from adults attempting to occupy bunk beds. If more than six adults are found to occupy the unit, additional charges will be deducted from the Security Deposit.

Ski: Our home is a 3-minute drive to the entrance of Camelback Ski Area. Spend a few hours on the slopes, and return to the house to rest or have lunch before heading back for more winter fun!

Other Activities: miniature golf, shopping, dining, casinos, snow-tubing, shooting range

"The Girlfriends " get together for 2 trips a year, The house was perfect for us ! The hills were great for the walkers, The Outlets were magnets for the shoppers, and the adventurers loved Camelbeach, Tannersville restaurants and horseback riding. A fun weekend had by all. Next time we take an extra day off from work !

What an amazing home! We had the best ski trip out there with our friends and would recommend it to anyone...so close to all the attractions and with the most incredible view- especially at night with the slopes lit up! Melanie was a pleasure to make arrangements with and we hope to make future vacation plans to stay here again.

We had a most enjoyable stay here in your warm and welcoming home. We hope we can have the opportunity to visit again. The location could not have been more perfect. It was literally a SEC away from the entrance to Camelback. We will most def be looking into future rentals here and highly recommend this to other individuals looking to stay in the area. What a way to bring in the year 2009. My family consisting of 3 generations made memories of a life time. The view was beautiful with the ski trails all lit up at night. You are so close to Camelback you can watch skiers come down the slopes. The house was warm, comfortable and well equiped. Me and my family would do this again in a heartbeat.

What a beautiful place you have! We had such a wonderful stay in your cozy and inviting home. We came out east to visit with family and your home provided the perfect backdrop.
