  • We offer a discount for rental for more than one week and monthly rentals. We also offer discounts for repeat guests.
    Rental rates do not include 7% Maine tax and a cleaning/linens fee of $100
    $250 Reservation/Security deposit required to hold date-all monies fully refundable if canceled 90 days prior to requested date.

Wonderful house in a charming location

We had a wonderful time at this charming farm house this summer. The house and location provided everything we needed for a break from the hectic pace of life and work. It was a place that really allowed us to relax and unwind. Throughout our stay, we were never at a loss for something to do - whether it was relaxing on the beautiful back deck or enjoying any number of fun activities.
When you walk in the house, your eyes immediately focus on the expansive back yard and the scenic river below. We immediately stepped onto the large deck to take in this quiet and peaceful view. We couldn't wait to walk through the yard to the water and were glad that we had brought our kayak to use on the river. We spent some fun time paddling around and exploring. My husband also enjoyed some fishing!
The house is modern, beautiful and spacious. Five of us stayed very comfortably there. Our bedroom overlooked the water and it was great to wake up and see this view at first light in the morning. The house has all the modern amenties you need - internet, multiple TVs, and a DVD player to keep the kids happy. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully modernized and functional. The kitchen is great for cooking and entertaining as the room opens into a great room with a table and sitting area.
While we enjoyed these amenities, we really didn't have time to use them alot because we were either out boating, golfing, walking, or eating at one of the many great restaurants in the area. We would come back at the end of each day happy and tired, ready for bed so we could get up again and enjoy the next day ahead. We would certainly recommend this rental house as one you will certaily enjoy!

Great vacation home for a family!

Absolutely loved everything about this house! It is in a very convenient location, but feels secluded. The views of the water were so relaxing and beautiful that I didn't want to leave. We loved Pemaquid Beach, the seal boat tour and the delicious summer blueberries. It was so great having kayaks available as well. The house is very nicely decorated and just as comfortable. It has been recently renovated bu has all the charm of an old farmhouse. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking including a gorgeous view. Our 12 year old and our 4 year old both enjoyed playing on the grass out back and the 12 yo especially loved the pool table in the restored barn. The owner's info on the town with places to eat and things to do made me feel like a local. We can't wait to return!

We loved our stay in this beautifully remodeled farm house. The view of the farmland and water from the expansive deck where we enjoyed our rum and cokes in the cool Maine evening air was spectacular. The house has everything you need, in fact it was just like being at home, but better. We enjoyed the local lobster rolls and would recommend a day sea bass fishing in the local town. We even played a round of golf on the local course which was not crowded and in good shape. The kayaking was fun and we also had some success fishing off the point of the property. It was a great break from the heat of the south. I would throughly recommend this rental property.

Beautiful view!

Over and over again, I was pulled to the kitchen windows and the deck to look at the view of the river. It's what you go to Maine for. We also enjoyed getting on the river in kayaks and taking a sheltered paddle down to Fort Pemaquid and a local seafood restaurant.

The house itself is great. Lots of light and old-fashioned charm but beautifully renovated and spotless. It's a great house for a small family group and the flow of the first floor (as well as the beautiful kitchen) makes it terrific for having groups of friends over for dinner or cookouts. There's a big lawn in back where the kids can run around.

Really good central location. We loved being able to walk just down the street to get justifiably famous donuts at the local store to bring back and enjoy on the deck with a cup of morning coffee. The house is a quick drive to Pemaquid Point, but also provides easy access to Damariscotta, Round Pond, South Bristol and locations off the Pemaquid Peninsula.

Great house, great location. We'll be back.
