About Bette and Tim Nowack
We custom designed and built this house in 2001 as a vacation spot for our extended family and our ultimate retirement destination.
Bette and Tim Nowack purchased this house in 1998
Why Bette and Tim Nowack chose Sunapee
This is more than just a vacation rental for us since we plan to retire here. We keep the house in tip top shape and clean as a whistle.
What makes this house unique
We love this spot at the end of Jobs Creek because it is tucked away at the end of the cove where there is no boat traffic and the water is calmer and warmer than on the main part of the lake. If you like to swim, this is the perfect location! It is also perfect for kayaking and canoeing. There is a pair of loons that hang out in our cove, also humming birds, ducks, owls, great blue herons, minks, turtles, and of course fish!
