3 bedroom, one full bath, sleeps 5

Located approximately 2.5 miles from ocean or bay on very quiet street. Large, comfortable backyard. Walk to secluded pond.

This is a well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood. Owner uses the house as a full-time residence, doing any necessary repairs or upkeep in the off-season and cleans the house between rentals so there are no 'surprises' for incoming tenants. Guestbook comments have always been very positive and several families come back year after year. There is unlimited telephone service within the United States.
About Carole Murphy

I retired to my Cape home two years ago, after owning and renting it in summers for the previous 15 years. Before retirement I worked in the printing business in Lee, MA. During the rental season I stay with my youngest daughter and son-in-law in the Adirondacks. My youngest granddaughter, her husband and two (soon to be three) children live nearby so I get to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Cape Cod is a special place. My grandchildren spend many happy hours here, at my home and on the beach.

What makes this house unique

I love the quiet street and the sense of seclusion here at my home. When my granddaughter Ashley saw the tree in the backyard the first thing she said was, 'you could put a swing in that tree.' The swing has been in the tree since 1993.
