Our large loft-like studio is a 3rd floor penthouse condo featuring privacy, quiet, and unmatched convenience: just steps to Town Hall, galleries, restaurants, and town beach. With 740 square feet, 11-foot ceilings, the condo’s airy spaciousness inspires relaxation from the moment you walk in. Amenities include large kitchen with dishes and utensils; TV and stereo with Bose speakers and DVD player; full bathroom with tub and shower; plenty of towels and linens; and a large shared deck with lovely views. Our penthouse is ideal for couples or families (sleeps up to 4), with queen-size bed and full-size futon/sofa. Off-street parking with an assigned space directly next to the building. Wireless internet available!

The Penthouse is close to everything!: We can't say enough about our fantastic location. In the center of P-town, it's literally a few steps to all that Provincetown offers: the galleries and boutiques of the East end or the shops and restaurants of the West end. The town beach is only two blocks away. All the well-known gay bars and clubs are minutes away as well: Crown & Anchor, the A-House, the Boatslip, etc. Deeded off street parking on the premise for one car!

We take care of all the details...: Our penthouse condo contains everything you may need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The roomy kitchen contains just about any utensil you might need, as well as pots, pans, dishes, and glasses. There are plenty of towels for the beach, and two lightweight beach chairs to take with you. Curl up on the sofa and watch a DVD. (The Bose speakers sound fantastic!) Clothes get wrinkled in your suitcase? There's an iron and ironing board.

Our condo is quiet, spacious, and comfortable.: Our condo is a large loft-like studio with 11-foot ceilings and consisting of 740 square feet. Located on the top floor of a historic three-story building, with no unit either above or below, the condo is blessedly quiet and peaceful. The living area has a comfortable futon/couch that folds out into a full-size bed, plus a queen size bed in the bedroom area.

I took my friends to ptown last summer and rented this beautiful condo. It's over 700 square feet, which is pretty big for ptown. We loved the location, center of town, yet it was quiet because it's on the 3rd floor of a historic building. The condo was extremely clean and a pretty big kitchen with everything. The owners are very cool guys who care about their place.

What a charning condo!

My partner and I staid here for a week last summer (2008) and loved our stay. The condo is more spacious than the pictures indicate. It is sunny, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and well stocked. The kitchen ahd all the dishes, glasses and utensils anyone could need to prepare any meal. There is cable and I was able to access local wireless on my laptop. The location is a block off Commercial St and easy walk to everything.
