Calabay Parc is a small development, maintained to the highest standard, and situated just off Highway 27 with easy access to all the main attractions. This beautiful villa has 2 master suites, one a king, the other a queen, plus another full size double room and a lovely Disney twin. There are televisions and DVD players in every room as well as a PlayStation 2 in the lounge, and we have recently installed a PC with broadband Internet access. Eat under the lanai and relax on our cushioned sunbeds around the pool, soaking up some Florida sun. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need should you choose to eat at home, and our nearest Publix supermarket is only 3 miles away together with pharmacy, ATM machines, and a gas station. There are numerous golf courses within a few minutes drive and the busy 192 area full of shops and restaurants is a 10 minute drive away. We have a level access shower, a shower chair and a pool hoist for disabled visitors

Calabay Parc is situated on Highway 27, approximately 10 minutes from Highway 192 and Interstate 4 (I-4)in the Davenport area of Orlando. This is a conservation area and we are surrounded by beautiful scenery. Deer have been seen grazing within our walls, and a variety of smaller animals come out to play on our lawns. There are several championship golf courses within the immediate area and Orlando's world famous theme parks and attractions are easily accessible, as are Kennedy space centre, Cape Canaveral and the Gulf coast
