This 2000 sq. foot home includes a spacious living room and dining room. The kitchen opens out to the living room with a counter/bar area. It is an eat-in kitchen. This home is made for relaxation and entertaining. Come and find out!

Lush foliage abound.

Bi-weekly maid service, gardener, cable, water, trash included.

This home is in the heart of golf country, ½ hr. from the ocean, 1 hr. from Ft. Lauderdale, 1.5 hrs. from Miami, near all shopping/attractions.

It is a great and relaxing place for snowbirds and golfers alike.
