this was my Mantra for the 9 days I spent in this quaint, comfortable condo in Simpson Bay. The unit is very clean, comfortable and includes everything I could have asked for. The grounds are meticously cared for by caretakers who are extremely kind and accomodating. It was an incredible experience at an incredible price. I am counting the days to my next visit!

Not a care in the world

This gated community is only 5 minutes from the airport. The unit is tropical, very welcoming and well maintained. Everything is just like the photos. The full size kitchen is well equipped, very clean and in working order. Outside the grounds are well maintained, there are ample chairs around the pool which is cleaned on a regular basis and lit for evening swims. The beach can be reached from the pool area with little to no crowds. If you enjoy collection sea shells, you will have a good variety to pick from. Over all, I would highly recommend this location to anyone, young families, elderly couples or even a girls week away. You can walk two blocks to the main street where you will have dozens of restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bank and entertainment. Well worth the price. You won't be disappointed.

Great bay View, many conveniences

I stayed at this location Feb. 2008. Woke up to the smell of the salt air. Walked Simpson Bay Beach then visited the French bakery a block away from the condo for a fresh bagette and local news paper for breakfast. The sliding glass doors with screens alowed us to experience the ocean breeze and a view of the boats coming in and out of the lagoon. I'm still waiting to experience a "green flash" when the sunsets which we enjoyed every evening from the convience of the beach front pool area.

Riding around the island is loads of fun. You can easily get around the entire island to visit Phillipsburg, Marigot, Cheri's and Orient Beach.

In '09 plan to visit the island of Saba and other island beaches!!!! I always save something for the next time. My husband usually does not revisit the same place twice. These island trips are an exception!!!!

The unit matches the island decor - aqua colors, sea shell lamps. The owner has good taste and pride in ownership.
