This was an excellent location for someone who wanted to see the city without spending a lot of money. The property is located in a great area with shopping, restaraunts, grocery store, and a 24 hr Circle K just across the street for emergencies. It was also located conveniently close to public transportation. We spent 3 days site seeing in the Phoenix area then rented a car for 2 days to drive to Sedona and the Grand Canyon.
It appears to be mainly a retirement community, so it was always very quiet. The patio was a great place to sit and relax at the end of the day or eat a meal. It provides a great view of the golf course, but also has a large hedge for privacy. The property was EXTREMELY safe! It is a gated community so no one can enter (or even leave) without a key. There is even a channel on the TV where you can watch the gates to see who's coming and going.
ALL ammenties are included. There is a full size kitchen and washer and dryer. We also had free wi-fi. The only thing I might suggest would be a dvd player, but we were able to rent $1 movies from the redbox at Wal-Mart and watch them on our laptop. This was a great location and a great value.
Gayle was fabulous to work with. She kept great communication and even called us one day during our trip to be sure we were enjoying ourselves and everything was up to our standards. The condo was beautifully cleaned with lts of travel sized toiletries for our convenience.
I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area without breaking the bank.
