Villa Mark is situated in the Troon community in North Scottsdale. Located on an oversized lot in a private cul-de-sac this villa offers privacy and luxury amenities that one would expect in North Scottsdale.

2 Large Master Suites with private baths will accommodate 4 guests with one large king size bed and the other with a queen layout. A third bedroom offers a queen size futon and bath. This home will comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults.

The home offers an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen. A large family room with comfortable furnishings make for a relaxing time while watching the beautiful desert sunsets over your own private pool.

A formal dining room and and living room greet you through the entry way of this custom home built in 1999. Your oversized backyard is fenced off for privacy and security. A pebble tec pool offers relaxing afternoons.

Thank you so much for all you did to ensure that our family had a wonderful time at Casa Mark. Sorry about the screw up upon arrival. I did not remember that I was suppose to call you. I just had in my email that we would meet you at the home around 4:30pm and of course I did not have your cell phone # handy. But as always, it all worked out fabulously and we loved the home. It was comfortable, gracious, warm, inviting, beautifully appointed and had all the amentias that we could want. We can't wait to return to Scottsdale and Casa Mark.
