Take a swim with the dolphins or turtles in the tiled pool or just relax in the Jacuzzi. Enjoy the ocean view while relaxing on a lounge chair by the pool with fragrance from the rose garden. Need some quiet time? Try the second floor reading room featuring two reclining chairs with an awesome ocean view.

The kitchen features a gas stove, Dacor convection double oven, two drawer Fisher-Paykal dishwasher, and a GE Profile refrigerator. Watch television or DVD in the family room with a 42 inch screen Pioneer Elite Television on cable or record your favorite programs for viewing latter. This solar powered home is air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and offices. The air-conditioning is rarely used as there are wonderful ocean breezes filling the home. The home features hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room, dining room, and gym. The yard has 30 fruit trees. You may enjoy fresh picked fruit all summer: oranges, grapefruit, lemons, kumquats, apricots, peaches, plums, nectarines and avocados. Housekeeping service (5 hrs. on Monday and 5 hrs. on Thursday), a weekly Gardner, and pool maintenance service are provided by the owners.
