Brand New 1 bedroom(approx 740 sq ft) condo with breathtaking views of Grace Bay and Turtle Cove. Unit has great views of Grace Bay from your patio! Walk to sandy, white, private beach, restaurants and marina. Across the road is some of the most popular restaurants on Provo like Aqua, Tiki Hut, Baci, Shark Bites & Magnolia. Also across the road is car rentals& bike rentalsif needed), IGA supermarket, video store, casino and renowned Smith's Reef Snorkel park. Kitchen is equipped with DW, full size stove, granite counters and more. This unit has all the amenities for a great vacation. It is centrally located so it's easy to go shopping, walk to restaurants, downtown, golf, and more. $12 cab ride to airport.

Easy Living: The unit is completely furnished with all the luxuries for a relaxing getaway. Across the way is Aqua a popular eatery where Jimmy Buffet likes to kick back - among other great restaurants. If you plan on eating in, there's an IGA supermarket nearby that you can either walk to or take a cab plus take-out brick oven pizza across the street. No need for a car on Provo- its a 10 minute taxi from Provo Airport and there's a shuttle bus called the Ghecko to take you around for small fee. Direct flights depart to and from JFK New York Thurs- Monday. In addition, Heathrow has direct flights on Tuesdays as well. If You Love the Sun and the Sea, this is the Place to be.
